XEGAR - SIGATSE (3900 m.) - 244 km.
Drive (approx 8 hrs) to Sigatse. Sigatse has the famous Tashilumpo Monastery and the seat of Panchen Lama. Overnight at hotel Sigatse.
SIGATSE - GYANTSE (3950 m.) - 90 km.
In the morning visit Tashilumpo Monastery and the free market of Sigatse. In the afternoon drive to Gyantse and visit Phalkor Monastery and Khumbum Stupa. Overnight at hotel Gyantse.
GYANTSE- LHASA (3650m)- 259 Kms.
The drive to Lhasa takes 8 hours, crossing two passes- THE KARO LA (5010m.) and KAMBA LA (4794m.) via Yamdrok Tso lake. Overnight in Lhasa.
Sightseeing tour of Potala Palace, Norbulinka Palace and Jokhang Temple. Overnight at hotel.
Sightseeing tour of Drepung Monsatery, Sera Monastery and Barkhor Bazaar. Overnight at hotel.
Transfer to Gonggar airport for flight to further destination.
